Not here to say "I told you so" buuuuut I said it since Cassie's first day of testimony. They didn't have it. They tried it. So did everyone else trying to make a name for themselves.

Some people are celebrating as if he wasn't found guilty on two significant charges that carry a max of 10 years each.

He won't spend his entire life in prison but this isn't an OJ Simpson mess either where he gets to run free into the sunset after the verdict.

His lawyer will still have an uphill battle to fight to get him out on bail. And things still hang in the balance.

RICO was the most difficult to prove and obviously the prosecution wanted that win but they still managed to pin him on other things.

I don't think he will get 20 years but I will be shocked if he doesn't serve significant time.

My prediction is 5 years. The judge probably won't go to the max of 20 but he won't make it seem like he's letting Diddy run Scott free either and will probably want to send a message regarding charges he was found guilty on.

What I'm confused about is the charge of transportation to engage in prostitution.

I understand that he paid men to fly to various cities to fuck Cassie, but we live in a society where regular degular ppl get flewed out all the time for a weekend of sex.

This charge alone doesn't seem to hold enough weight to land the maximum sentence of 20 years. I'm thinking 2 years.

I think that the way society has treated black ppl over the years, has traumatized some of us so much that we don't even want to see a clearly evil man get held accountable if hes Black.

I'm just saying this because the way ppl are literally happy to see this man get away with some of his crimes when we saw him committing them with our own eyes...
