It's rumored Jazmine has a bit of an ego but she loves Brandy has worked with Monica often so perhaps she might consider

wasnt there a rumor that jaz, fanny and bran record a song, a few years after "without me". but one of them didnt like it so they didnt put it out.

I believe Jazmine confirmed she and/or Bran didn't like the song

But for what she's done in her lane (and time) and everything she's accomplished, I personally don't think she'd be wrong for feeling like she shouldn't be an opener for the gorls

Jasmine has made a lil name for herself but this is BRANDY AND MONICA.

A lot of these girl's mothers... especially Brandy

I doubt it would even cross her mind that she would appear as "lesser" to be opening for them. Are yall serious lol. She'd be honored.

It's about what sounds right and what would be most cohesive

Eh, Jasmine and Maxwell aren't similar musically to me. She's def more Monica attitude/content wise and she's Brandys daughter.

I could be thinking too much about GHans earlier works .

Songs like Borderline def are in that Jazmine lane when I think of it

I could literally hear jaz singing borderline

But overall I'd still say they are two different artists and that overall jaz def closer to Maxwell than GHan. Overall.

Makes perfect sense that she was opening for him. It fits.

GHans tea has always been WAY more pop infused. Like WAY more. Musically, GHan is closer to Kelly Rowland than Jazmine .

Or from older from generations, she'd be closer to Toni or def her idol Whitney .. who was a pop queen .
