Not saying she's too good but I can't see her even doing that. Or her label even letting her do it.

She's not above it imo though.

I could be thinking too much about GHans earlier works .

Songs like Borderline def are in that Jazmine lane when I think of it

I could literally hear jaz singing borderline

But overall I'd still say they are two different artists and that overall jaz def closer to Maxwell than GHan. Overall.

Makes perfect sense that she was opening for him. It fits.

GHans tea has always been WAY more pop infused. Like WAY more. Musically, GHan is closer to Kelly Rowland than Jazmine .

Or from older from generations, she'd be closer to Toni or def her idol Whitney .. who was a pop queen .

!!!! This was my train of thought when I said she def feels more cohesive to me with Bran and Mon than Maxwell. Content wise she def gives Sideline Ho, and then I thought about a lot of the songs from Reality Show I liked which gives some of those unreleased Bran gems when she was experimenting.

I saw a tweet of a guy saying the tour is legit and supposedly Brandy & Monica are doing a joint album/EP together for it and one of his friends suppose to be a producer for the project. Just gotta wait and see if it's true.

Jazzy opened for Mary J Blige (although it was a long time ago), and Mary and Maxwell had a joint tour so I don't see the issue here.

She also wouldnt do any of Maxwells albums as a whole. Jasmines content/music/audience is def more Bran and Mon than Maxwell. It's overall.
