how is it stupid? we give people shit for being trump supporters/ friends of his and this is basically the same & then some.

How is her going to a wedding the same as her supporting Trump? 

This is not just any ol' wedding. This is the 3rd richest man in the world, who btw has been cozying it up with Trump (attended his inauguration, Amazon donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration fund, etc.). So how is what I said far fetched?
