You haven't seen the leaked paperwork? She isn't seeing any money from her tour. It's being garnished for all her debt. That's why she came out with the story that people were stealing from her. Placing blame elsewhere instead of her not being responsible with her money. Some celebrities don't ever think there will come a day when their money isn't coming in like it used to and mismanage it. Add icki to the list

but if someone only knows living check to check, someone not getting their next check will inherently mean they're "broke".

that would def speak more to how much liquid cash she has actually has available in the bank

we'd still need to see receipts obviously as only her accountant would know the true tea but it would at least certainly speak to a lack of actual available funds.

or are given "loans" from the industry to fund projects, that must be repaid through album sales, tours etc.
the amounts may vary but the concept is the same.

this isn't really anything groundbreaking or new

and again, anyone who's financially responsible will know that someone not getting their next check doesn't automatically mean they're "broke."

Also, Cowboy Carter Tour is looking to gross $400 million by the end of the tour. Over performing the original projections

might as well throw this in, as its relevant considering he seems to be making illogical comparisons as well.

Nicki is a RAPPER. being "braggadocious" is inherently a part of a rap persona.

even when Beyonce chooses to embody her "female rap" alter persona...she gets BRAGGADOCIOUS and arrogant

when did so many Black people become completely oblivious to or detached from what the rap game is about?

now nicki does have moments when it's like OK girl...calm down a bit

but this was a HORRIBLE comparison. him starting off with this just makes me wanna turn the video off as it makes him immediately seem ill-equipped to really DIG IN to this discussion... but i'll keep watching.
