A user on YouTube uploaded the video above saying it's Rihanna's "Work", but turns out that it's "Watch Me Work", by Tinashe.

The video now has more than 10 million views, in less than 2 weeks. It all led Tinashe's Watch Me Work to debut at #5 on Billboard's Bubbling Under chart, with the video views alone, since it's not on iTunes or Spotify.

It almost outpeaked her latest lead single "Player (feat. Chris Brown)" which peaked at #3.

The song is a Best Buy exclusive from her debut album Aquarius and was just released on iTunes yesterday.
