I use it every now and then but not with the Apple Cider mess.

It didn't do much for me when I used it with water. The ACV mix is intense.

sometimes its best to keep it simple imo
i told ya'll the story of my cousin in GA....walked in his bathroom to see like 5 different clearisil products to get rid of his acne issue
had to remind him that we aren't white. :dead: and left him some of my natural black soap.

he's since gone back to Clearisil. something tells me he didn't even use the soap :dead: :dead:
and it's not doing anything for him

Neither do I.

I do the mask maybe once every couple of weeks.  My face gets red afterwards so I have to do it at night.  I do an occasional charcoal scrub and wash and moisturize my face with refined coconut oil. Sometimes I'll make a turmeric mask which is also amazing.

i wouldnt call it 'natural'  tho

natural is rubbing a banana all over your face...

vinegar on the other hand:

It is made by crushing apples and squeezing out the liquid. Bacteria and yeast are added to the liquid to start the alcoholic fermentation process, and the sugars are turned into alcohol. In a second fermentation process, the alcohol is converted into vinegar by acetic acid-forming bacteria (acetobacter).

:butwait!:

ACV has amazing health benefits for pretty much everything. Doesn't make it less effective because it doesn't sprout from the earth.
