It would've been perfect if she just used her regular singing voice ( which already has a moderate twang).This seems too mimicky.Love the production though.

So either she's faking now or she was faking the whole time of her previous career. For this to be so NATURAL it sounds way different than how her tone usually sounds, and it already sounded country

she's not faking or forcing anything. just like you would change your approach on a ballad vs. a club bop, she's approaching her country intentionally. the girl grew up yodeling in MEMPHIS. this can be authentic without her dropping a "dag nabbit!" and "darn tootin!" everytime she speaks
