sad but true.

and not surprised she won this case, i predicted she would. accuser's lawyer was trash and Consuela was very well coached. she really showed up and showed out on that stand.

but clearly her behavior here shows she's capable of mess. and this was with WITH cameras rolling in front of a court.

if this were a state/federal trial with an experienced prosecutor on her ass it woulda been different. but she was up against a lawyer in a civil matter who seemingly got their degrees from a rib shack. which isn't surprising considering the accuser wasn't able to afford the best.

this is America. you have better lawyers, you win cases.  no one should be surprised with the outcome here tbh if you've been following the case.

totally clueless White man. it's almost like he was trying to lose.
 if there were ANY women of color on that jury he already lost them at that point

the general questions about her race/ethnicity were relevant, as she routinely uses racial slurs against Black people when she's angry with them - including Emani.

but he didn't know how to strategically and carefully tip toe around that potential minefield as a White man questioning a non-White woman about historically sensitive topics.

especially when you're representing a Black woman.
