How is he, as a grown man who sits on YouTube live on begging for Cash App's so he can get weed money, laughing at anyone else's misfortune? It's not like these people don't want to work and want to sit on live for 8 hours a day crashing out like him.

He feels vindicated that when workers are furloughed or affected by the shutdown, they become angry because even though they have jobs they aren't getting paid. He's equating that to people telling him he needs to get a job for 2 decades instead of begging/expecting people to send him money for doing the job of entertaining them which he feels is actually harder work anyway. It's "see! You have a job you've been telling me to get and now look at you!"
