Megan sued the blogger in October 2024 for claiming that she was "a paid surrogate" for Tory Lanez and spread lies on his behalf

Megan Thee Stallion won a defamation case against blogger Milagro Gramz
The plaintiff was initially awarded $75,000 by the jury before U.S. District Court Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga reduced the amount to $59,000
The ruling comes a year after the rapper filed the lawsuit against the blogger in October 2024

UPDATE: she's also being awarded her lawyer fees!

The judge ruled Milagro was not liable for defamation. The defamation was thrown out, she had to pay $59K in punitive damages and emotional discreet, not the millions they were seeking..
