Still remember listening to it for the first time in December 2008, and loving every song....Brandy should include Human cuts in the second leg of the tour(if there is)

Purple Moon

Must be a purple moon, feel like one of those nights...

Ulysses

Brandy don't even like this album. Why you trying to rile up the girls??

Andthecategoryis...

I'm bossy/I'm the first girl to scream on a track

This and Full Moon alternates as my favourite Brandy album to date. Favourite album PERIOD. This album has such a special place in my heart. I will NEVER understand all the hate it gets. It's a fucking MASTERPIECE. Vocals to last a lifetime.

Monk

It is one of those albums that lasts a lifetime for sure

Such a beautiful moment.

Songs like shattered heart, long distance, fall, first and love, departed

I do wish we see a resurrection of sorts with this album in some form. Whether it's on her tour, on social media, or a similar album.

Nine

The gorls just can't quite wrap their heads around this album.

But the ones who get it >>

A Top 3 Brandy album tbh.

Harlem

Monk

I just wish more people discovered the gems on it like fall and shattered

I always imagined a shattered video bc I the lyrics are so visual

This!!!! The storytelling on Shattered>>>>

They locked in with that song, I say this everytime but I hate that Rodney didn't explore more that sound & vibe for the entire album

ReVonIsMine

Vocally, it's my favorite Brandy album. This is when I knew she could survive this industry off her tone alone.

She didn't do as many rifts and as many intricate background vocals. It's almost as if she stripped her signature
artistry down to the basics, and I fell in love with that. The vocal style/production as a whole is reminiscent of
"Come a little Closer." Very pop and crisp vocals.

Minus one of the songs on the album, 'Acapella', it is quite a masterpiece.
