Hold up not too much on the album b/c it is (or one of) Brandy's best adult albums.

I do agree Turn It Up could've been left off and subbed for Nodding Off or Sirens. And the video version of TAOL with the extra violins should've made it instead of the album version but Finally is one of them ones! A deep cut, a champion song 😤

Afrodisiac was a FANTASTIC album and really showcased Brandy for what she was really knows for with her lower register and harmonies. It was chill, melodic and sexy, perfect album for the summer.

She was 24 and a brand new woman after having a baby. The album is def 9/10. My mama was just crying in the car listening to this album cuz it brought back memories. Definitely Janet "Control" type album. Hell even Rihanna referenced it.

Even "I Tried", Brandy saying bitch on a song still gives me chills
