just because i'm trynna sell a watch for 100 bucks, don't mean that's what it's worth lolz

it's a higher priced home so that automatically limits the pool of potential buyers

yes everything is more expensive now but that doesn't mean most Americans can afford an 800K+ home.

plus it's well outside of the Atlanta metro area so it's not really in a "hot market"

with all that considered. im not surprised it's not FLYING off the shelf

statistically, the average time to sell with these factors considered is 90+ days.

it'll sell, but it'll take time and shes just gonna have to make it as attractive as possible. which yes sometimes includes lowering the asking price. which is not uncommon at all

and Zillow is usually pretty on point with current home value estimates - not perfect, but at least giving a good ballpark tea.
