But I'm honestly just impressed with how smart her purchasing decision was

Most homes have skyrocketed in value based off the housing market alone, no smarts necessary, it just kinda appreciates.

not all properties appreciate in value the same way

which is why people are usually strategic about where/what they buy

on average, it can take up to 20 years for a property to double in value, she's over doubled in value in 6

so yeah it's a book and she made a smart purchase.

i'm not in tasha's mind so i can't confirm or deny that she "never wanted to have to sell her home"

that is an assumption.

people buy homes and sell later all the time. this isn't some new edgy thing she's doing

maybe if this were a foreclosure/seizure i would say YES this is a complete mess and she "lost her home".

but as of now she still owns her property and is selling it , and whatever she's using the proceeds for - i dont know cuz i'm not in her mind.
