i think they actually have a case against her
if we're being honest a lot of these companies out here bullshit/knowingly deceive us all the time for our coin. they just know how to do it within the legal boundaries
like putting "made with real fruit ❤️" on a fucking bag of candy as if it's not pure junk food.

all in attempt to make the gorls feel "better" about choosing to throw it in the cart. but if it's technically correct no one can book them.
her claims were just were way too specific.
"I will help 1000 families make 5-7 figures in the next 90 days to 12 months!"
that language is VERY specific. i can see how a lot of complaints eventually may have stacked up against her if she's consistently making those types of statements which can easily be taken as fact or a promise of some sort.
the word "potentially" or the like shoulda def made its way into that type of sentence. or at least "
up to X amount". still could be perceived as deceptive and an overpromise but at least she woulda been covering her ass.
