A former child actor filed a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday.

TMZ reports the plaintiff, only known as John Doe, was sexually assaulted while at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007.

Court documents obtained by the outlet say that Doe was already working as a child actor when he met Combs at the event. He claimed the mogul had offered to help him with his career and had led him into a back room.

Once they were alone, the complaint alleges that Combs offered the plaintiff sips of alcohol and started rubbing parts of Doe's body before removing his clothes and performing oral sex on Doe while touching himself. The plaintiff claims he told Combs he was uncomfortable before things escalated to oral sex.

TMZ reports that once done, Combs told Doe he'd "keep him in mind for possible opportunities." Doe said he left the party after this happened.

Now, the alleged victim is suing the "I'll Be Missing You" rapper and "some agents" because he said they "had a duty to protect him from dangers like this." He's suing all parties for unspecified damages.

Doe is accusing the defendants of creating an "event disguised as an industry meeting to provide Defendant Combs with an opportunity to come into contact with minor children," Forbes reported.

In a statement, Juda Engelmayer, a representative for Combs, called the allegations "false and ridiculous."

"He's just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers," the statement continued. "Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest."

This all comes as the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is reportedly reviewing another sexual assault allegation against Combs. The Los Angeles Times reports that the LAPD and the Sheriff's Department presented two separate cases for possible criminal charges. Both are related to the same victim, music producer Jonathan Hay.

Hay is accusing the rapper of sexual battery back in 2020.

Currently, Combs is serving a 50-month prison sentence at FCI Ford Dix in New Jersey for transporting people across state lines for sexual encounters. He was convicted in July 2025. He was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

All of this began in 2023, when Combs was accused of sexual and physical assault by his ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura. Since then, a slew of accusations and lawsuits came his way, which eventually led to the federal investigation.
