Not me thinking this lady was Kerry Washington.  :dead: She is not wrong though.

Aaliyah is the better singer of the four. But none of them are just saaaaaangin' the house down.

Kalifornia.

Mya sings down. She just has a lighter voice.

i agree with GODliyah being the top pick

am mean none of the women listed are Whitney Houston and that's OK

but one thing GODliyah understood very well, and what separates her from all the other singers IMO was not really a raw "she can BLOW! damn! bout tah throw my shoe at ha!" tea...

but it was her seemingly innate understanding of how to bring "mood" to a song. especially when she dipped into a darker more mysterious mess.

and that not only made her a better listen IMO but it actually made her the superior artist.

and it lowkey made her a BLUEPRINT. let's not forget who a lot of these women were modeled after.

she was legit givin us "moody" teas before it became a popular thing to do

im kinda shakin just thinking about it

she's def at the table with GHan when it comes to sheer IMPACT on how music was created once she entered the industry and really found and crafted her tea.

and id def say her voice and how she used it as an instrument really played a huge part in that.

Mya>Aaliyah/Ashanti>Ciara for me
The first 3 are close, I just kinda prefer Mya's voice but they each have something the other doesn't
Aaliyah has the prettiest tone especially in her head voice

Ashanti probably can belt the loudest and the highest

I think Mya has the most consistent ear for pitch and best runs

It's all in the preference

Basically

I prefer Aaliyah.. But I think mya might be the most versatile and consistent.. Although she could go slightly nasal at times
Ketanji Jackson has come this far by faith.

Ketanji Brown will still beatcho ass.
