i was surprised Karamo said he got work done because he gained weight and didn't want his face to be too full for pics

he kinda struck me as someone who'd just go to the gym/diet and lose the weight, which would in turn make his face slimmer

but maybe he was just always naturally slim/fit up until that point and never really had to work for it.
