i dunno if id call those women "barely black"...i saw women who didn't look super ambiguous IMO

but id say its becoming more the norm to actually go left of the "exotical" route these days in music videos

even with Chris Brown and his history, he is sure to put an unambiguous Black woman up in his videos

Tank did the same with his recent video too, clearly intentionally full of unambiguously Black women, although there was a lot of conversation about how none of them look like his actual wife/gf

my hunch is that Omarion was behind the song choice. it kinda sounds like an Omarion song

but i agree with Vonc ..its just not as good as his solo music

It sounds like an Omari song. Ant Clemons is really the go to writer now. It is an okay song lyrics and production wise but it is very smooth. Raz must have no ego bc them other 3 wouldn't be cool not being on the lead comeback single.

It was smart for them to put their issues aside and get money.
New Edition should always be a blueprint for Black artists that have issues with group members or a peer. Put them aside and go get to the money. The checks are always bigger that way.
