Im sorry but that seems so MISERABLE to me. That seems like so much damn work. Can u imagine how hard it is to find something good to eat that doesnt involve an animal iin some form or fashion? Look, I dont wanna conduct a damn investigation to eat
Its hella stressfull and i dont think its all that healthy
Mind u i get the best results healthwise when i ho vegetRian but going vegan is extreme
No meat or dairy or eggs chile go on
what is extreme is eating animal flesh and blood...and milk/cream/cheese thats filled with puss, feces remnants , hormones and other nasty shit i wont repeat (this is scientifically proven by chemical analysis studies...im not making any of this up)...and eggs are a chickens menstruation cycle (look it up)...THATS extreme
how is eating plants 'extreme'..think about that.....please be careful before making dangerous statements like that.
Well i just feel that meat was supposed to be our main protein source
Plant based proteins are harder to get ur daily intake of protein with
Most ppul turn heavily to carbs as well so life is balance
All plants isnt balanced to me
Which is why we have lots of organic options as well
based on what? thats the media and the lies and manipulation that the medical industry has been feeding to us since we were born..because its just not true.
every plant has protein in it.....i am a heavy lifter and have not lost an ounce of muscle or strength since going vegan....rice has protein, every seed , nut and beans has a ton of protein, dark greens (kale, spinach, okro, et.c) ...rice, pasta has a lot of protein in it.....plants have all the 9 essential amino acids needed to synthesize every protein that your body needs..where do you think herbivores (cows, goat) get their protein from? coz they're always munching on some greens..
the conditions in which organic meats are produced are almost
exactly like the regular kind in the United States......there's clips in the documentaries i've posted to prove it....this is what im trying to get across to you Lew, these corporations are trying to make money...they really do not care about meeting any 'standards'. as far as organic, overcrowding of the animals, sanitation, hygiene or anything like that...
