Exactly. You can meet someone without going out to dinner and having drinks. All Tamar is saying is that them meeting each other was quite brief. She even said it herself in the interview; they said 'Hi, what's up?' but nothing deep and lengthy to really say they're friends. K Michelle even said they met. Meeting someone don't mean you went out on a dinner date with them. That's all Tamar is saying. Re-watch the interview where she said they actually briefly conversed before the performance.
