Only to fall back to square one each time..
And usually this stems from helping others or investing more into other ppl rather than the one person that deserves it most....... YOU.
It's ok to have a big heart but it's not ok to let ppl walk all over you and stray u away from the path ur headed.

I guess, how much were yawl short for them to evict. In the lower 42 they'll usually give you notices and at least a chance cause it costs them to kick you out. Lew yawl will have to pay those court fees too Hun!

They don't get a default on their record only a balance
But ok.
I've had enough roommates and I've dealt with a similar issue where I was secondary..
I tried to handle it on my own and they wouldn't allow me to...
They only let me pay the balance and the default on the lease appeared on my college roommates credit.. Still to this day..
Not mines..
It only shows that I satisfied the balance owed

but in this instance it had no bearing on the situation dude aint pay his rent i didnt cover it ...eviction ...simple

firstly me and the drug addict were never an item
he came on to me to distract me from the truth
and i never fell for his advances

secondly whitbae was never cheating they had been broken up and separated and moved on they simply lived together cause she cant work and hes payin the bills
there was no cheating

thirdly this is just some mess to entertain me during my move nothing serious yet
but its got potential

hes very smart and driven everyone should get a second chance
