Yikes. I'm sure the excuse is I shot him because I felt threatened.

He shot the guy (while on the side of the car) out of anger, not because he feared for his life. These trigger happy pigs deserve the worst fate.

its so RARE for criminals to kill cops.
it almost NEVER happens.

i don't understand how FEARFUL cops can be.
