this Asia East ... do you have an Asian grandparent or something?

I don't know why I thought yours said East African   I'll have to search for your thread to compare our tea.
My grandfather is Filipino so that's where the East Asian and Pacific Islander comes from i guess.

A chunk of mine was East African. 13%
overall it was a mix mix of west, central and east african areas.

and OK that makes sense of the asia east teas.

I'm not sure but I'm almost sure it's from my mother's side.
her side of the family just has all types of MESS going on.

You and your sister definitely have the look/hair texture!  My mom was so mad about the native American being less than 1%  
Apparently my grandma is one of those black folk who don't claim Africa but claim Native American, I can't wait to see her reaction

Don't be so quick to call Grandma a liar! Before you break her heart, remember that many Native tribes have not given their DNA samples to these companies. So there's very little to compare your DNA to and find a match. what you should do is, ask Grandma what are the names of the Native people in her family? Where were they located?

Check the location she gives to see if it was an Indian settlement, and the names as well. Traditional research is the best way of confirming North American Native heritage, and it's the only thing a tribe will accept as proof. If she gives you a "oh, don't know the names, just know I'm Indian! " mess, then yeah. Give her the results.

Not yet, all I matched with were 2nd cousins.  I'm gonna put my Raw data in GED Match tho so hopefully that helps.
