a lot of their discrimination comes from being black as well.. so no!

A transgendered person is more likely to be murdered than any other person in general. A BLACK transgendered person is even more likely to be murdered. Both of those labels paint a huge target on their backs.

But yeah Trans people should just continue being murdered at an alarming rate with no awareness brought up at all.

It is possible to to focus on multiple issues.
Yes it's possible but the likelihood of a man being black in America and having a missing headlight then getting gunned down is higher than a nigga who cut their dick off
Sorry..
And what alarming rate?
Let me the fuck know..
Most of them are gunned down in domestic disputes and off of fooling straight men..

But fucking mess

So because I am gay, I have to be in support of this show?

absolutely not but you don't have to put it down for another show to focus on positive black life either. They are not in relation to one another.

Yummy's making a lot of sense

how is it not bby?
we have issues in this country.. and being black is one of them.. just like being trans is another one..
and being brutal to animals.. and a host of other things..
but there arent any shows uplifting blacks.. nor bringing awareness to the perception that whites have of us..
or the police brutality that we face every single day..

girl thats a segment/special that has come on 2 times... and it has yet to come back.. especially in the light of all these recent events..

:uhh:

1. If there was no attention paid to Caitlyn or any other transgendered person, racism would still get the same treatment. The source of the issue is being missed.

2. In case you all weren't aware, there are black transgendered people. There's this thing called intersectionality.
