I don't think on the average day they look alike

But with certain stylings/makeup jobs you can kinda see a resemblance .

I think it's because of their features being similar.

Semi wide nose and very small bridges
Forehead sizes
The positioning of their features from the eyes and eyebrows
The high check bones
Similar face shapes



It's not like we're comparing Monique and Alicia Keys here.
Their features are just very similar so at times there could be a slight resemblance
