It's a funny stereotypical joke, but eh

the hot sauce in the bag thing aint a good example of black pride tbh. it doesn't offend me or anything but im just sayin ...
why not? Honestly I think its more Black, and from the south pride. I dont think NY or LA Blacks are really known for carrying hot sauce, but I mean she called herself a Texas BAMMA :uhh:
s;;sdsds south pride, yes. i can go with that for sure

and this kinda goes back to the song mostly being about her and her family
Well her family is like many southern black families.
Hot sauce in the bag, beautiful big kinky hair, love to look good, buy designer mess when we can....seeing Red Lobster as a nice cute place to eat....salivating over those fucking biscuits.

Are we embarrassed about being Black? :plzstop: :plzstop:
hot sauce? What will the white ppl think? :diddraispoot: i am NOT like that! :diddraispoot:

I get where Rig is coming from though. Being Black in a big city like NY or LA is not the same as being Black in the South. We have one big Black culture and then we have subcultures.

no, how is loving herself being an opportunist?
Is Tweet an opportunist then for naming her album Southern Hummingbird?
when shes from New York?

The fact that 'fas lets Blu wear her hair in its natural state
shows that her Black pride isn't a front. she knows where kinky hair comes from. Solange has it, she has it, her daughter has it.

And the same people questioning her Black pride, or reading Blue, will be the same ones slapping perms into their kids heads
and covering their head with 10 pounds of weave. or calling Africans ugly. or uplifting Eurocentric standards of beauty and culture.
Those are the people ya'll need to be worried about. leave GODmation the fuck alone

oh nos

yummy
