My gentle easygoing nature overall, is directly taken from my mother. She's a people pleaser to a fault as well

From my dads side, I took on his level of impatience, and quick temper (at times)

In terms of his good qualities, he's such a people person and will spark up random conversation with just about anyone which is exactly how I am. I post on here a lot, but I am FAR from a recluse or introvert   especially now.

My calmness is from my father's side, I think.

I believe I get my smarts and sense of leadership from my mother's side of the family. Her side is chock full of professionals..lawyers, teachers etc. Even a noted civil rights leader who ran for president. They're generally more analytical than spontaneous.



I get my spirit of giving, love for music, from my father's side of the family. My father wakes up every morning and turns on music, and blasts it, just as I do. lol He cannot live without music, you can just tell its in his veins. Although he can't really sing. I also get my heart from this side. My dad's family is extremely giving and emotional.

I get my dad's quiet sometimes shy nature. Then I have my mom's idgaf, quick to turn up and slap a bitch nature. It is definitely a struggle, I feel like the light and dark live within me. Like a Spiderman/Venom MESS.

My mom is a BITCH and I took that from her. She's also sometimes over-giving and very kind. I didn't take that from her.

But surprisingly we get along very well. My dad is non confrontational and antisocial and I take that from him as well.

Together they fit like a puzzle piece. I feel like between my siblings and I, I most took a mix of their traits.
