Although I never used No Scrubs too much, I loved the vibe of Chilli being lead. It felt more "pop" and cunt. She really brought the "sexy" factor which was good for evolving their sound and image during Fanmail. Whoever thought to put her lead for that song was brilliant.

However, she was definitely the most replaceable.
