Wow, so legendary!!! It's amazing how some of the most influential musicians who passed were black!

Today it finally sunk in that Prince has passed on.

And before, I was wondering why I was so distraught, particularly in this passing.
And I've come to realize that it hurts to know that the world lost a legend, but not only that... but a black voice and talent. IMO, there's few individuals who hold such status in the world. And I felt safer, knowing people like Prince was still around to create that BALANCE that we all need in culture.

Sad.
