People are dissecting these Bey lyrics too much. Had it been other artists, it wouldn't have been a big issue. As it relates to the God comment, don't we refer to our faves as Gods sometimes too by inserting God or Jesus in their names? DOes that mean they are God or that we pray to them each day? No! It's a way for us to simply express that our faves are the best of the best. Bey could simply be stating that as well, that she's the best woman that Jay has or will ever have. Furthermore, if you wanna get literal and biblical, the word god is not singular to God (Father in Heaven).

For me, I took it as "gorl it's just a song. Don't take everything I say too literally."
