Sometimes her sisters really seem jealous of her. At first I thought it was her just being annoying, but it's becoming a pattern.

They're used to Toni being successful , and probably swallowed it better because she's the oldest. And I mean the oldest child ideally should be the one doing the most and setting examples. But for the youngest child to come and do some mess of her own and outshine them, that has to sink deeper.

Your baby sister is basically slaying your life.  I remember when my lil sister got off the training wheels of her bike before I did. Something so simple was so embarrassing.

The only one who think might be a bit jealous is towanda. The rest of them just seem to have a low tolerance for Tamar's shenanigans and she somehow has convinced herself that this stems from jealousy or them ganging up on her.

And Toni seemed to have always treated her sisters with the utmost respect and vice versa. You can tell they all still look up to her the most.

And y'all overrate the fck out of Tamar's success. She got one moderate hit song (mostly due to Vince) and a Grammy nom.

She always included her sisters in everything. Which probably helped her out as well, considering that I'm sure they were cheaper than hiring outsiders. True definition of sisterhood.

And yeah. I get an extra bitter vibe from Towanda. She wants to be the next break out actress and mess. Girl.....ugh let me not even say stuff that's not nice.

Sibling rivalry seems so wrong, but its very natural. Sucks when your family feels any type of way about something, and even if they don't display it, you feel the extra need to help just so they won't. I think that's what Toni's mentality was. She wanted to keep all the animosity and drama (that they're going through now since Tamar got her chance) at bay.
