The Monica hate on this forum is as stale as this album, and I'm not even a fan, but I will admit that she needs to show some growth. Her music is very basic and not in a good way.

I love Knock Knock too... the video.  I've always been a fan of hers. She is just basic like someone said earlier . No growth, no risks, no style really . She just regurgitates basicially the same songs and themes over and over again. She has no ear for music.

She doesn't HAVE to stick to R&B; she just chooses to.
