Are they reputable?

The Pancakes are healthy to me. With 2 bananas and some almonds.
Myprotein is very reputable. So many KNOWN lifters use their products.

Well with all the pesticide in the veggies and shit... I was reading an article about how intoxicated tuna and salmon are. You don't know what to eat anymore...

If it's the gym it has to be like 3 or 4AM.

I become unmotivated once it gets later. I have other things im doing and just cant fit it in.

Am is perfect for me. Though I wish I could do it later. However I just couldnt plan it out that way.

Yeah cause my diet is all over the place.

I think that's good though because it keeps my body and metabolism on edge.

I prefer morning workouts too. I've been trying to go after work since I wake up at 5am. But my energy is always SHOT by the time I get off and then I have to rush home, shower, have dinner, then go right back out the door to school. I was thinking about doing a p90x or insanity thing so I can just do it at home and save time. Ugh. summer body 2017 I guess :melmel:

Well I eat like 4 times a day...

Breakfast (6AM)
3 protein pancakes
Bananas
Almonds

Pre/work Out: (10AM)
80gr of rice
A steack
A fruit
BCAA pills

or
6 eggs (just keep 1 york)
A fruit
BCAA pills

Post workout (2PM)
BCAA pills
A banana
A protein cookie


Lunch (4PM/5PM)
100gr of rice
30/40gr of veggies
120gr of chicken/salmon

Diner (9PM or later)
200gr of veggies
100gr of turkey breasts
A soy yogurt

Something like that...
I'm not really STRICT on my diet tho.
If I wanna eat 20 KFC krispy mess pieces... I WILL!

I try to limit my mess to fruit and chug some ice water to stay hydrated.

I used to eat about 5/6 times a day but I got really tired of having to prep and I'm not really much of a grocery shopper.

I need to EAT before going to the gym.

I need to be FULL. Or I start seeing stars and butterflies once I'm done doing some reps... fdhklfhlkhfdlkdhlkh


Another tip that works for me... Don't drink to much at a time... I used to drink a lot at once... THEN I was bloated as hell. fdf
2 or 3 swallows every hours >>>> 12 swallows every 4 hours
