Lunch (4PM/5PM)
100gr of rice
30/40gr of veggies
120gr of chicken/salmon
Diner (9PM or later)
200gr of veggies
100gr of turkey breasts
A soy yogurt
Something like that...
I'm not really STRICT on my diet tho.
If I wanna eat 20 KFC krispy mess pieces... I WILL!
