One of your grandparents are white. Or nearly completely white. I have run your DNA through SEVERAL tests on GEDMatch and every result so far shows that you have a German grandparent. It's very very specific.

Omg.  :uhh: :dead: It must be on my mom's side... it could be either my grandfather or my grandmother tbh. They were both very light.  :ohwow: :ohwow: :ohwow:

Wow
You have very strong German heritage.
This isn't German heritage like from a slavemaster wayyyyy back

this is recent. within the last two generations. it's 1/4 of your mess.

WHo's last name did you take? Dads or moms? PM me ur surname.

I took my mother's. I just PM'd you.

And don't rule out that grandfather that you never knew anything about.
and only saw a grainy picture of, where you "remember" him being dark skinned.

ur memory is fuzzy and it was a poor quality.

looking at your results honestly I guessed you didn't know one of your grandparents.

He didn't give a German mess. I know that much. sdfsxcxxxx

And the Afro Carribbean result is intriguing to me as well

usually a lot of Carribbean people return "Benin/Togo" as their top result. Not too many AA's.
for a lot of AA's, Benin Togo is further down the list. doesn't sound like a big deal but it is. it's comparing your results to different groups of people.
that's why I got excited when I saw your results.
there's something edgy brewing in your family. :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

bcvxxxxx omfffffff  :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

Please tell me more  :ohwow: :ohwow: :ohwow: :ohwow: :stressed: :stressed: :stressed:

I encourage you to find out more about this ancestry Glen bvy

all of it, really. Talk to mom. wait...didn't you test her too? upload her mess to GEDMatch
that would be even better

Yaasssss. She was 38% European. I'll talk to her asap. I'll be seeing her soon.

Yeah I literally just revisited her results.

She came back damn near biracial.
actually many biracial people get results like hers. it's never a perfect 50/50
that's not how DNA operates.
its usually a bit more leaning to the european or african side.

This makes perfect sense.  its definitely from your mom's side. your guess was right.

Ancestry's category of "Europe West" includes Germany.
http://dna.ancestry.com/ethnicity/europe-west

and the other categories under her European mess could simply be overlapping.
great britian is right next to "europe west".

also interesting, I think you got your SE Bantu readings from her as well.
it's not usual that AA's score SE Bantu in high amounts like that, especially as the second result.

what were her trace regions in africa?

I don't know what her trace regions were. I'm trying to find it on Ancestry, but I can't.  :plzstop: :plzstop:
