The lyrics, hook, her VOICE  geez, just a horrific song. I remember it used to be everywhere though the grocery stores, malls, radio, etc.

"I Need You" on As I Am was legendary. One of my favourite songs of all time. My name "pleasure and pain" actually came from the lyrics. I just remembered this now.

Her 2nd cd is better than her first and Element of freedom is better than the one before that one,  so each release wasn't a step down at all
