Well, she didn't even ask why she wanted to see his ID and then put hands on him. This bitch did too much and the white devil that came and choked him.

In a lot of places it is illegal to ride your bike on sidewalks. It's seen as a safety issue. It was clear that he already knew why she stopped him because he said "you're gonna arrest me for riding on the sidewalk?"

She may not have been planning to arrest him, but to ticket him. A lot of officers have a quota they need to fill, and as lazy and disgusting as it is, they will nitpick just to make sure they do.

I was ticketed years ago for Jaywalking and the cop ultimately admitted to me that they needed to fill their ticket quota for the month. But at the end of the day, I put myself in the position to be ticketed. Wrong is wrong.

Yeah you're a prick for stopping me because you know it's not that serious. But we're not going to turn this into Royal Rumble on the streets because I feel you singled me out.

I'm sorry but a lot of our young men put themselves in positions where excessive force can be EXCUSED. He gave that white man an excuse to BUMRUSH him the moment he started mud wrestling with the female officer directly in front of him.
