Beyonc? and Drake remain locked in tight race for #1 on our sales chart this week. While it's still too close to call, we're giving the album-chart edge to Beyonc? for now. Drake easily remains #1 for a third week on our SPS chart.
As for this week's debuts, Epic's Meghan Trainor will likely land at #3 on both charts while Pierce The Veil (Fearless) will debut Top 5. In a chart first, Chance The Rapper's third self-released set, the star-studded mixtape Coloring Book, will make a Top 10 bow with an album equivalent of around 35k based solely on streams. The Apple Music exclusive is projected to rack up around 50m song streams by Thursday night, when the current chart period closes. Here's how it looks at midweek. SALES

QuoteIt's never too early to start a conversation about presumptive nominees -- but the race in question is even farther off than the presidential election. It's the Album of the Year contest for the Grammys -- yes, the 2017 Grammys -- where even nine months out, it?s already easy to foresee a showdown between two clear single-monikered front-runners, both of whom happen to be on Columbia Records in the U.S.: Ladies and gentlemen, it?s Adele vs. Beyonce.
