It's like a cute 2005 thriller imo

I needed a just bit more suspense, more prominent antagonist and less downtime

And tone down the musical score! that mess doesn't scare me

It was way too much downtime. I needed the witch to perch a bit more.

When the little boy ended up at her house I thought it
was time for some mess, but it went right back to blah.

The mom was more of a damn witch than her

I wanted their throats cut 10 minutes into the movie

As soon as the scene from the previews happened I knew the mess was bland

no fight or shock there
