Being nice and likable does help. And can affect big aspects of your livelihood.

Getting ready to go back to NYC reminded me of this. A girl I worked with years ago is hooking me up so I'll be perched back working within a couple weeks of my arrival. Back then she was my coworker, but now she's running shit where she's at and is able to get her Herbie in . She's like OMFFF UR COMIN BACK! LETS MESS

So guess who won't be waiting around looking for mess. people remember how you made them feel.

Bottom line is treat everyone with respect, especially in the "real world". And do it from your heart.

Honestly I don't know why but I feel bad for Tamar. Maybe because I feel a lot of what she does comes from a place from insecurity maybe. now it's biting her in the ass. It's not OK to be a bitch to people around you.

You hired and fired your personal glam squads like they were your personal maid treating them like shit. Your not Toni Braxton and you haven't paid your dues to be the diva you think you are. Before you all make comments, please work ONE DAY with this lady and your opinion will change drastically.


@kenyaware I would never speak on anyone unless I've had some sort of experience personally with them. I've worked with the likes of Angela Basset, Vanessa Bell Callaway, Rosie O'Donnell, Katherine Hagli, Janet Jackson etc and I've NEVER seen this horrible behavior from any of these ladies. They have each paid the cost to act up, but chose to be respectful and treated everyone around like human beings. Fans only see one side portray in the interviews and the videos but you see the real person when use when you have to be around them daily.
