I don't think its fair to say her ratchedness is not what they wanted. If it wasn't, she wouldn't have been hired

I felt she was genuine and represented the force that actually drives most of these stories and headlines and doesn't get acknowledged.

The black gay bloggers & stans, the black female bloggers & stans who PUSH and DRIVE (black) celebrity today. She represented the Skorpions, Dinevas, ThatGrapeJuicd, Madame Noire's of the world, who don't get their fair due for their impact.

Her voice is now gone. One of the FEW that truly understand and lives this culture.

Tamar has to step away and work on self and focus on music right now

I am over the moon she is done with The Real. I initially thought it would be great for her career but after season one and then seeing how little promo went into the Calling All Lovers album, I wanted her to go. 2 years was a nice lil run. Many didn't expect the show to last that long anyways. She can go on and pursue other things now.

Tamar did bring a lot of spice and energy to the show. I don't think its fair to say her ratchedness is not what they wanted. If it wasn't, she wouldn't have been hired. I'm pretty sur eher personality IS the reason she was hired. There are even segments of the show that are dedicated to her 'Tamar-isms' if you will. I don't think that was the problem. It's what goes on behind the scenes that is causing issues more than anything. Tamar actually stimulates good conversation and just like Tamera said, their chemistry is fantastic and spices up the show. They feed off each other.  I know a lot of people watch the show for Tamar.

But see in here is where the problem lies;

Tamar NEVER made up any of the words she came up with

It's been gay lingo and been used.

She latched on and tried to make it a Tamar thing, it isn't.Thats something I noticed.

She would use words she heard her team say and then try and make it part of the Tamarism mess and it's not a Tamar thing.

She was too greedy for fame and popularity.

Leshawn pretty much dragged her and alluded to this eloquently on Instagram not that long ago

I said it in the rest of my post u deleted. Someone can perform very well at their job but they do other things that are not conducive to the work environment and u have to left them go. I believe that's the case with Tamar.

Oh, her 'Tamar-isms' not being original to her is a no brainer. Never said they were hence the bunny ears. But its what defines her personality on camera. And I don't think its a try hard thing or she does it to put on a show. It's her actual personality...unfortunately, it can be too much.
