She really shed light to a whole new world IMO. She really knows what the BeyHive is when she talks about it, she truly identifies with the culture.

Raven is supposed to be that in the view, but half the time she has no clue what she is taking about. Wendy never knows the proper music business facts. Tamar however is like us, she understands the ins and outs. She understands the culture.

Tamar did bring a lot of spice and energy to the show. I don't think its fair to say her ratchedness is not what they wanted. If it wasn't, she wouldn't have been hired. I'm pretty sur eher personality IS the reason she was hired. There are even segments of the show that are dedicated to her 'Tamar-isms' if you will. I don't think that was the problem. It's what goes on behind the scenes that is causing issues more than anything. Tamar actually stimulates good conversation and just like Tamera said, their chemistry is fantastic and spices up the show. They feed off each other.  I know a lot of people watch the show for Tamar.
