He put it best

Boy Jollof Was this ever a possibility? I mean, the negligence of the mom at the zoo didn't rise up to criminal level warranting charges to be filed. The "investigation" and this presser is 100% political response to the public outcry and not grounded in criminal law.

This story went on for too long. I wonder what was more important that could have been reported instead of this.

I wouldn't even call her a negligent mother, everybody that has a child or dealt with children knows that with a blink of an eye toddlers can easily run off, bump into something, fall, etc. no matter how careful or present you were. That's what they fucking do until they learn how to be still.

Criminal charges for what? FOH.

Baby falls in a pit... save the kid, kill the fucking gorilla, call it a day and shut the fuck up. Sheesh.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this news story didn't open up the eyes of minorities then I don't know what will. The handling of this news story was fucking disgusting. On both sides of the racial fence.

Especially the father. He should absolutely sue the Daily Mail.

I mean if your kid hasn't fallen into a gorilla pit by 4yrs of age, you're a helicopter parent tbh
