You know that feeling when you just want to rewind time a big and REDO...

I keep going back to the error and wanna fix it...

How do you just let go and move on? It's literally the worst feeling imaginable. It can ruin your whole day.

Figure out what lesson you learned from it.
That brings you a feeling of gain instead of constantly focusing on an unretrievable loss.

Thanks! I try.

But it just be creeping up again... It's like a virus...

The only way I can personally deal with regret is making up for that regret.

Write everything down.. Get the thoughts out your head and on paper. And think about what you have learned from it.

!!!!!!!!!! Most of my regrets deal not taking an opportunity that was presented to me because of being scared of what people would think of me or scared of failure or rejection. Being 25 years old now, I just feel so fearless and just in a much better place than I was when I was... 21. If wanna do something, I'm gonna DO it. If I wanna get something, I'm gonna do what I gotta do to GET it. Bre told me something a while ago that always stuck with me. "YOU are in control of your happiness".

When opportunities come your way, dont overthink it or doubt yourself. Just do it.

I honestly don't know. I am dealing with some major regret right now and with all the shoulda coulda wouldas.

I think it's because your not genuinely happy or content. Once we find that inner peace we will let go of the regrets.

This is good question, cause I don't have regrets or feel it.
I tell everyone I love how I feel about them all the time and that's the only regret I would have, if I didn't.
Everything else is a life lesson and/or journey.

The shoulda couldas be fucking me the fuck up, and sometimes over some real petty moments...
