I feel like people are still supportive. This is a FB friend of mine (a straight male) and tho he isn't outright picketing for gay rights. He's not spewing hatred and gets that the situation is quite disgusting.  Ive seen tons of posts like this.

Love him lol

why do ppl keep saying lifestyle. We didn't choose this, we were born the way we are or were forced by molestation/etc.

Forced my molestation?

Russell Wilson did, but I can kinda understand why the black community would hesitate to support the White/Latino gay community.  Think about it, the only time white/latino gays speak on racism is when they compare it to homophobia.  I'm sure if it had been "black night" when the shooting went down you would see even more outrage from our community

I'm not trying to offend anyone, I just don't use. I do kinda have a right to say that seeing as how I'm gay and being represented by the shit.

A lot of black gays didn't post about it neither...

Its weird because today it feel like the world moved on.

It's actually interesting that you mention this. I personally didn't make any posts about it on social media. Not that I don't care, because I do. This was a very tragic & unfortunate event. My heart goes to all involved and their families, but I can't help but side-eye a lot of these gays posting about solidarity & community when they stay shading & discriminating against others due to race, etc.

Posting all up & down their walls about how it's time to "come together" and "make a change", but when Blacks are out here being LYNCHED by these fuckin cops they have absolutely nothing to say.

I know what I'm saying may sound a bit insensitive, and I truly don't mean to be, but I can't help but notice this shit. I am extremely saddened by what happened, but I just have to be honest about how I feel.

I just hate fake faggots.

YES!

I remember you mentioning this before, and I REALLY get it now. Some of these white fags on my timeline are 'speak their name! change fb icons! woo, come togetha!' and i'm just wondering where these faggots are everytime someone black is murdered by the cop, or even when someone is murdered for being black and fcking trans?

But you know, I'm not trying to start an argument in the midst of all this shit. I just know who people really are now.

BAPHOMET.

I gotta be honest if this was a full white shooting I wouldn't be posting about this to be fucking honest.

Someone said earlier about black gays not having a community and love self hating
I think black gays stick togther
We have an enormous online presence and community IMO

At this point, the only ones looking out for the lives of black queer foks are black queers...and even then between all the self hating church fags, the snow queens and the reckless ones who's main goals are regularly getting fucked and making it to Sizzle every year, we don't have that many to lean on.

Hmm, yeah.

Sometimes I look at this board and I honestly think a few people here would disown the fck outta the black gay community because of their religious beliefs.

I think that's why why the older I get, the smaller my circle becomes. Not many people are here for me.

Y'all were so quick to call Chris and Game LGBT Kings yet neither of them cared to acknowledge this  :kii:
sddddddddddddd

Sinpool

I think it frustrates me how ignored black gays are.

The majority of the people murdered were ethnic latinos, followed by Black gays, but I still feel like the focus by everyone including the ones who can relate and the ones who can't ended up being on white gays. I feel like everytime something happens it either white being terrible or people talking about how terrible gays are when they really mean white gays.

It's like white people once again take center stage.

Black men hate us and Black women find us disgusting unless we're beating their face and sewing in a wig. I'm not surprised at all.

Only "some" not all

Nah, way more than some. Black people in general DO NOT FUCK WITH US, but that's another convo for another thread.
j

yeah in that same thread can we talk about this

cause we said this about christians and you threw a fit
