The 7 Minute Workout

Has anyone tried this? It's a great way to start off a consistent workout routine.
I've already completed two weeks and I'm already seeing some results here and there.
Plus my endurance is getting better.

I recommend it for you lazy gorls who sit on here 24/7.

How does one do all that in 7 minutes?

You'd be surprised.

You do one of each for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. And the 7 minutes fly by.
