Yeah, that 7th Hevan guy, who was famous for playing this good ol' wholesome preacher, you would have thought they'd make a bigger deal of that, too.  It was pretty shocking, and the man admitted the allegations.  One of his victims has spoke on it.  And, I believe, just because everything happened so long ago, they just swept the whole thing under the rug.

A lot of credible sites are reporting this... Idk. I do remember reading about the raid and the police found a book of nude babies and young boys and MJ claimed that was a gift from his fans.

It's the same stuff they found over a decade ago.  If it was kiddie porn, he would have gone to jail for that.  That would have been the one thing for which they had proof.

They should make a miniseries on the trial like they did for OJ.  It's probably the second-biggest celebrity trial ever, and had interesting twists and turns.


During the trial, the kids were on the stand swearing up and down the Playboys the prosecution had were the ones Michael coerced them to view to arouse them.  The defense was like, "Are you sure?  "

Yes, they were sure.

"Then explain how this issue was printed months after you last claim to have been in Neverland or seen Michael? 

  Faces cracked!  They were caught in so many lies during the trial.

That's exactly what it was.  The reason the had other celebrities testify (like George Lopez, Jay Leno) is because the same family had tried to scam them out of money, too.  They used the boy's cancer to prey on celebs, and found an easy mark with Michael.  They also scammed and sued JC Penney.


Just like the 1993 case.  They discovered the allegations by putting their son under hypnosis and then went straight to try to get a civil case started (to get money) rather than cooperating with police and a criminal case.   


The 2005 family TRIED to do the same thing with the same lawyer and everything, but laws had changed by then (largely because of the '93 case) which said you HAVE to do a criminal trial before you try to do a civil trial.


Michael should have never had kids running around his home, but I don't think he touched them.

Gavin didn't claim Michael sodomized him.  That's easy to prove.  He said it was only oral sex, which is hard to prove.  Why would they seal something that said the man they were charging sodomized the victim?  Their whole legal case hinged on abuse, so why would they hide it?
