I don't believe it. They tore up Neverland during the 2005 trial looking for anything they could use, and ultimately found nothing they could to charge him. They wouldn't have hesitated to throw kiddie porn charges at him if they found something.
I remember they made a big deal at the time about finding "nude photos of boys" when it turned out to be an art book with a couple of old-timey (turn-of-the-century) pics of kids playing nude, one of thousands of books he had in his library. I bet these are the same photos.
The clue is, Michael was never charged with owning kiddie porn, even though the DA wanted to get him badly.
I read trial notes and the only interesting porn the prosecution mentioned was that Michael had Playboys locked inside his room, which they then had to spin and say he used that to lure the boys. But it turned out the boys lied about the magazines. And a gay man doesn't have ANY gay porn in that entire premises?
